The Backcountry Weekend at Coe Park

SHUTTLE
Again this year, a Free Shuttle Service will be available along Kaiser-Aetna Road between the Dowdy Ranch and the Orestimba Corral– north-bound or south-bound – to help visitors move around in the park.  Get on or off anywhere along the way.

Use the shuttle for sightseeing or for starting or ending hikes.

This free service is for Coe Backcountry Weekend visitors’ convenience, and it reduces the number of vehicles along Kaiser-Aetna Road, particularly in the environmentally sensitive areas north of County Line Road.

Look for the “SHUTTLE STOP” signs at Pacheco Creek Crossing, at County Line Road, and at Orestimba Corral, or flag ‘em down anywhere in between.
Shuttle vehicles wil have “SHUTTLE” signs in the windows and will be driven by  uniformed Coe Park volunteers.
